1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note on Intimate Apparel: Due to health and hygiene standards, return eligibility is strictly limited for lingerie and intimate wear (see Section 3).
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Original tags and hygiene seals must remain attached and unbroken.
- In the original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-Mind: For eligible (non-intimate) items, "change-of-mind" returns are accepted if the item is in perfect, original condition.
3. 🚫 Non-Returnable & Hygiene Items
For the safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened or the hygiene seal is broken:
- Lingerie, underwear, and all intimate wear.
- Bodysuits, shapewear, and swimwear.
- Customized or specially ordered items.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Sale items, and Gift Cards.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided items remain sealed, unused, and in original condition. Per EU law, this right does not apply to sealed intimate goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
