Shipping policy
To ensure reliable delivery, we currently ship exclusively to the following 14 countries:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands
- Asia & Middle East: Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
- Oceania: Australia
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
- Standard Shipping: 1–20 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time (1–20 days).
- Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holiday seasons, or carrier delays beyond our control.
- Cutira Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is refused due to customs charges, the customer remains responsible for original shipping costs and any return fees.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. Please allow 1–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- Cutira Fashion is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If a package is refused at the time of delivery or remains unclaimed at your local postal facility:
- The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential store credit.
- Important: Many international carriers destroy unclaimed "return to sender" packages. If a package is destroyed due to being unclaimed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Cutira Fashion is not liable for any products lost or stolen during transit if the tracking status is marked as "Delivered." We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
